Our December meeting was a very practical and enjoyable session on Exercising at Home with Nimalini Ajith from Kingston Better Bones. Nimalini explained about the different types of exercise and how much we should be doing a week. She then took us through a live class showing us how we can all exercise at home with no more equipment than a chair. Judging by your emails I think we all enjoyed the session and I hope it has inspired you to carry on exercising at home, especially when the weather makes it difficult to go out walking.
